Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for inbound / outbound appointment setting. You will be responsible for answering customer questions and setting appointments for our design consultants, while providing excellent customer service.

Other duties include: managing administrative tasks, and supporting the office staff. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Promptly listen to and return voicemails or messages received overnight. Answer all incoming phone calls from 12:00 - 5:00PM Respond efficiently to company emails. Reach out to leads at least four times to schedule estimates, maintaining a 75% lead setting rate. Schedule at least three appointments per day for design consultants, gathering detailed personal and project information. Dispatch other incoming calls to appropriate employees. Update design consultant schedules and track canvassing leads for bonuses. Address complaints or concerns, filling out customer issue forms and updating the relevant Google sheet daily. Confirm next-day appointments and attempt to reschedule any cancellations. Organize paperwork and items for events, assist with setup and teardown. Manage shift coverage for events and update related tracking sheets. Ensure the showroom/office is clean and stocked. Greet visitors, provide product information, and assist with client inquiries. Create and send out digital warranties on the day of installation and paper copies upon full payment. Assist with marketing and creating social posts and email newsletters
