The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

The Bartender position is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the bar.

This is a part- or full-time position with night and weekend availability.

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to:

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of bar, following standard recipes. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Collects payment for food and drinks served.
• May slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking or calling a shuttle or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
• Clean glass, utensils, and the bar and bar equipment, work areas, and tables. Maintain a clean, weel-stocked and presentable work environment.
• Stock bar with necessary items for next shift.
• Take food and beverage orders directly from patrons.
• Perform duties of a server and/or busser during shift as needed.
• All other duties assigned by management.
