School Based Therapist
Job Description
Grand Peaks is seeking a full-time Master\'s level behavioral health provider with similar values to join our team of talented providers to help us better serve Eastern Idaho. The candidate will work within our school-based sites, under the Director of Behavioral Health, performing outpatient therapy and associated functions in our school-based locations.
Qualifications:
\xc2\xb7 Mental health counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
\xc2\xb7 Social Work: 2 years (Preferred)
\xc2\xb7 Master\'s degree or higher in social work or counseling from an accredited university.
\xc2\xb7 Currently licensed in the State of Idaho in good standing, or able to be licensed in Idaho prior to the start of the academic school year.
\xc2\xb7 Able to successfully pass a criminal history background check;
\xc2\xb7 Must be capable of administering outpatient counseling services utilizing evidence-based, best-practice modalities that may include, but not be limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Relational Psychotherapy, Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy.
