The Scientific Research Analyst 1 {SRA1} will assist the Animal Colony Epidemiologist and Breeding Program Manager in the systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of demographic and health-related data for the TNPRC breeding and research colonies of nonhuman primates in support of the veterinary medicine animal care program. The position will focus on epidemiological and breeding colony data collection and analysis and ensure data is of good quality. The SRA1 will contribute to all aspects of multiple research projects and be responsible for breeding colony run rate analytic assignments under the supervision of the Colony Epidemiologist.
May be designated as essential personnel during a storm/natural disaster. If required to work during a closure, employee must provide accurate and current contact information and is responsible for maintaining communication with TNPRC. Failure to report to work when requested by supervisor or manager will result in disciplinary action as outlined by the Staff Handbook.
