Hours of Operations
Full-time: Our full-time schedules consist of a 40-hour work week, with your shift assignment determined by our customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
Monday-Saturday: 6:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 9:15 pm
Sunday: 7:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 8:00 pm
Compensation and Benefits Highlights
This position offers an hourly rate of $17.42 paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
This position is not eligible for benefits, paid time off or sick time since it is a 90 day seasonal role.

Job Summary
This is a 90 day seasonal position responsible for providing legendary customer service for in-store customers, and online customers resolving all customer service issues to satisfactory resolution. This includes addressing questions related to store policy/procedure/operation, online order status, merchandise features & use, and uncovering customer needs to facilitate online customer upsell. The team member engages every Tractor Supply Company customer via phone, email, website, mail, social media, or other communication venues.
