Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks in a timely manner as they come into the business.
• Complete all safety reports and required record keeping.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge of commodities handled.
• Keep work area and grounds neat and clean.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed for safe and efficient operation.
• Unload grain commodities as they are received.
• Verify proper working order of equipment and supporting vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
• Must meet minimum age requirement

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of Production and/or Operations
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, climb railcars/ladders/stairs/bins, work in dusty conditions/all weather conditions throughout shift.
• Able to work extended hours at busy times based on business demand.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins
• Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures
