This position assists with department, physicians and patients\xe2\x80\x99 needs. As a Patient Care Provider/Nursing Secretary at Centura you will:

• Transcribe physician orders and provides unit clerical functions to facilitate quality patient care.
• Perform direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with RN partner(s) as required.

$400/month Summit County housing stipend available for full time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek or Lake Counties. Must work at least 80% physically on-site at a Centura facility in Summit County and full time or part time status (PRN ineligible). More details available upon offer.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

Seasonal - November/Decmber though April 2024

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• One year healthcare experience (pre-hospital, ED and/or patient care) preferred
• Previous experience as unit clerk, EMT or certified nursing assistant
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current state CNA or LPN license for applicable state of employment or EMT or certified medical assistant
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for HealthCare Providers certification required from American Heart Association required

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Pay Range

$18.00 - $26.87 / hour
