at National Football League (NFL)Inglewood, California, United StatesThe NFL Media Group is seeking a versatile Associate Producer who will play a big role in production of audio and video for the Podcast Department. Experience in Podcasting is a preference, but not a prerequisite. Strong desire to push technology forward and join a dynamic team.Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production of various NFL Media podcasts

• Ability to lead the creation of a podcast episode from concept to execution

• Lead or assist with editorial structure of assigned show episode

• Pitch ideas, assist with pre-production needs, including crafting rundowns and gathering necessary sound and visual elements

• Editing audio elements with Adobe Audition, and video elements with Adobe Premiere

• Ensuring episodes meet NFL Media\'s high-quality standards editorially, audibly, and visually

• Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices

• Creating attention-grabbing promotional content for various NFL content platforms

• Identify ways to improve the production and promotion process

• Work with other producers and managers to establish and maintain streamlined recording and publishing schedules

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in journalism, broadcast media or web production or related field

• 4-10 years of experience in video post-production and/or radio/podcast show

• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

• Experience with creating content for social media

• Experience shooting with ENG cams

• Experience leading field shoots

• Experience with video encoding platforms and tools

• Experience with ENPS

• Experience with vMix or other cloud-based production tools

• Interest in pop culture and sports entertainment

• Knowledge of sound board and microphones

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Experience working in a newsroom environment and live studio control rooms

Travel

• There is potential for some travel

Physical Demands

• Carrying or pushing small equipment is possible

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

• 7-month employment period, 40 hours/week expected

• Flexible schedule is a must including weekends, holidays, and late nights
