There is one (1) vacancy with the Department of Human Resources, Employment and Personnel Services Division. The position is located in Honolulu and is responsible for providing clerical support and personnel administrative functions for the Employment and Personnel Services Division.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from high school. Responsible work experience which demonstrated the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Four years of secretarial, stenographic or substantive clerical experience.
Such experience must have demonstrated knowledge of office practices and procedures; basic principles and capabilities of word processors and computers; filing methods and systems; grammar, spelling and word usage; principles and practices of supervision, and the ability to type/input information accurately; understand and effectively use word processing and other software applications; understand and interpret laws, ordinances, rules and regulations; summarize and brief materials; give and follow oral and written instructions; and deal tactfully and effectively with employees and the public.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Possession of an appropriate valid driver\'s license, as required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE EVALUATION:
