Essential Functions: Front Desk responsibilities are as follows:
Welcome the community and staff to the district administration building.
Answer telephones, direct calls, relay important messages
Stay informed of current safety and security protocols and implement them as needed.
Keep a record of daily visitor log; ensure visitors are escorted to the correct destination.
Disperse mail to all departments and schedule mail deliveries as requested.
Stay up to date on current important district information. Relay information to the community as needed.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Oversee registration and bookkeeping related to WSD\xe2\x80\x99s Community Education courses.
Research the answers to questions asked by staff and the community and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Schedule conference rooms and HOA reservations.
Act as a liaison between departments and custodial staff.
Assist the Department of Communications and Community Relations with promotional projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Reports To: Director of Communications and Community Relations Workday/Week: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 7:30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 4:30 PM
Starting Date: TBD
Compensation: MESPA I Master Agreement, Classification I New Hires: Starting Salary $15.00 - $20.20 (Based on experience)
