At Usedo Park Services, we are looking for an administrative receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a person with prior experience in administrative and reception roles, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

Perfect command of English (both oral and written). Fluent in Spanish. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Availability to work Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

:

1. Phone and Email Management:

Answer calls, transfer them, or take messages. Manage emails, including responding to inquiries or drafting correspondence.
2. Document Management and Filing:

Organize, file, and keep physical or digital documents updated. Manage databases and electronic files.
3. Preparation of Reports:

Assist in creating and updating administrative and financial reports, as well as other documents necessary for the company's management.
4. Support in Accounting and Financial Tasks:

Assist with invoicing, payment management, and expense tracking. Organize financial documentation.
5. Coordination of Internal Projects:

Support the organization and execution of administrative projects and general office tasks.
