40 hours weekly Shift Hours
6AM-2PM Monday to Friday Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and prevent unauthorized access
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and safety
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits, to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any necessary actions taken Requirements:
- Valid security guard certification or license is required
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment is a plus
- Strong observation skills with the ability to identify potential security risks or threats
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, employees, and visitors
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond quickly in emergency situations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
