Job Title: Security Guard (Armed/Unarmed) Job Summary: We are currently seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join our team as a Security Guard at our 24-hour, seven-day-a-week site. The position offers flexibility in shifts, allowing candidates to choose the shift that best suits their availability. The role can be armed or unarmed, depending on the candidate\'s qualifications and preferences. Responsibilities: - Ensure the safety and security of the premises, employees, and visitors by patrolling the site regularly. - Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles and individuals onto the property. - Conduct routine inspections and checks to identify any potential security risks or breaches. - Respond promptly and professionally to any incidents, emergencies, or alarms. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and report any irregularities to the supervisor. - Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors. Qualifications: - Valid security guard license or equivalent certification (if applicable to the position). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. - Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to fulfilling job duties effectively. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity. - Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in security or related field. - Proficiency in operating security equipment such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarms. - Familiarity with emergency response procedures and protocols.
