Job Description
Swing Shift - 2:00pm - 10:00pm/3:00pm - 11:00pm
&
Night Shift - 10:00pm - 6:00am/11:00pm - 7:00am
Waikiki high-rise condominium that features a 24-hour security staff with key-fob/enter-phone entry to the building, gated parking garage entrance, very active motor court, and a security camera system.
Seeking a qualified security officer to work full-time.
Job Requirements
1. House Rule Enforcement
2. Patrol residential tower, recreation deck, stairwells, rooftops, and other areas of the property.
3. Respond to plumbing, electrical, or mechanical emergencies as well as resident complaints.
4. Write/Type shift pass-down reports and incident reports.
5. Perform clerical tasks and respond to phone calls.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
7. Computer literate - use of Word and Excel is preferred.
8. Current Guard card required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
