Retirement - The Providence retirement program consists of employer match and discretionary contributions that work together with your pre-tax (and/orRoth aftertax) contributions to help you save for retirement.Lyra Caregiver Assistance program- Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per yearReceives general direction from the Security Manager, Supervisor or Lead Security Officer, performs a variety of security protective duties to protect patients, visitors, staff, physicians, property and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Enforces PH&S, facility and security policies and regulations. Investigate reports of potential criminal conduct against PH&S staff, visitors, staff, and property; respond and assist in restraining patients; detain individuals when necessary or at the direction of a police officer; and provide protective services to high risk areas.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they\'re invaluable. • Oregon Private Security Armed/Unarmed Professional - Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training upon hire. Or
• Oregon Private Security Unarmed Professional - Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training upon hire.
• 1 year of experience using personal computer with standard Microsoft applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: College level coursework in professionally related fields such as criminal justice, social work, psychology or any social science.
• 1 year of Security/law enforcement experience such as corrections, police, reserve and military police.
• Direct patient care experience in a healthcare industry.
