Position: Security Officer (Loss Prevention Officer)

As the Security Officer, no one day is ever the same! You are focused on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities. You work to identify potential concerns through use of our video surveillance and other systems and apprehend in accordance with company policy, local and state laws with safety as the prevailing priority. The Security Officer ensures the store is a safe and secure environment for our customers, associates, and business partners. If this has captured your attention, let\'s talk!

Positions Requirements

• H.S. diploma
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid state ID (copies not allowed)
• Social security card (copies not allowed)
• High-level professional demeanor
• Administrative duties and provide detailed reports
• "Alpha" attitude and assertive when necessary
• Experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other relative experiences (preferred)
• Take pride in the work you do, whether big or small
• Put the safety and welfare of yourself and others as a priority
• Working in varying environments doesn\'t faze you - whether in store or the outside perimeter.
• Approach challenges in a positive, kind manner
• Enjoy building relationships and teaching others

Location: Chicago, IL

Compensation and Benefits:

$18/hr

Benefits after 6 months (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance)

Hours:

32 - 40 hours per week
