Job Skills / Requirements

• Ability to enforce property rules as set by the client in a non-confrontational manner.
• A positive \'Customer Service\' attitude, greeting all visitors before granting access.
• Conduct patrols to identify and report security concerns.
• Conduct walking patrols to identify and report security concerns.
• Monitor building access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment
• Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, taking appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.
• Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures (may include the use off a handheld device)

$16/hour
