The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and passenger safety, enforcing policies, and the development of CGS guards. Site Supervisors will manage one site in the Salt Lake Area and report directly to the Regonal Lead but will also follow any request from other members of management.

Roles and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Supervisors must keep in mind the CGS\xe2\x80\x99s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to effectively meet their needs.
Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and if need be partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Deputies and Operations Manager.
Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.

CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.
Pay and Benefits:
$21 per hour DOE

Position Requirements:
3-5 years supervisory experience
Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience is not required but is a plus
Must possess a valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and a working smartphone
Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
