We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our innovative, growing company.
At Mosaic Shopper, North America\'s only Purchase Design agency, we spend a lot of time in store deconstructing the category, channel and brand to derive insights from what the shopper really sees and does within the purchase environment. Combined with our retail communication and design principles, retailer intelligence and execution through Acosta we are unmatched integrated sales and marketing agency delivering on insights to execution. You Will\xe2\x80\xa6
\xc2\xb7 Initiate regular client status meetings for all on-going projects including anticipating upcoming projects
\xc2\xb7 Serve as primary day-to-day client contact at appropriate level, developing, nurturing and maintaining those relationships
\xc2\xb7 Train/supervise/oversee effective completion of all projects
\xc2\xb7 Initiate and attend regular client status meetings for all on-going projects, including anticipating upcoming projects
\xc2\xb7 Attend client meetings (in-person and via phone)
\xc2\xb7 Serve as primary day-to-day client contact at appropriate level
\xc2\xb7 Write/coordinate the creation of all project creative briefs
\xc2\xb7 Expand client relationships beyond \xe2\x80\x9cnormal\xe2\x80\x9d day-to-day contacts
\xc2\xb7 Review trade journals, newspapers, magazines and web-sites specific to client\'s industry to be aware of and stay abreast of marketing mix functions (integrated marketing, direct marketing, promotional marketing, etc.) and the objectives, strategies and tactics utilized
\xc2\xb7 Write recaps of meetings and issue within 24 hours of meeting/discussion
\xc2\xb7 Participate in brainstorm meetings, time permitting
\xc2\xb7 Fulfill miscellaneous client requests (retrieval and distribution of logos, artwork, etc.)
\xc2\xb7 Be a resource for planning (both client and field based)
\xc2\xb7 Ensure recommended program solutions fulfill clients sales/marketing goals and brand standards
\xc2\xb7 Be the primary team member responsible for creative process, facilitation/management and creative presentations.
\xc2\xb7 Support and/or assist account lead in presentation of creative
\xc2\xb7 Assist creative by providing clients with a variety of solutions
\xc2\xb7 Obtain all existing electronic files and artwork from other client vendors as needed for projects
\xc2\xb7 Follow Agency process and procedures
\xc2\xb7 Manage budget and timeline keeping Agency and client teams abreast of deviations
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with retail field team and client team to support them in generating new ideas/strategic concepts for platforms as well as retail custom promotions.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in development of monthly estimates of client billing and profit
\xc2\xb7 Help Director/Supervisor manage overall profitability of accounts
\xc2\xb7 Keep clients and team abreast of changes in the project that may affect the overall budget and/or timing
\xc2\xb7 Be willing, able, readily available to work outside of \xe2\x80\x9cnormal hours\xe2\x80\x9d
\xc2\xb7 Be a team player to your specific account team(s)
\xc2\xb7 Assist and grow relations with Acosta Client Services and Customer/Client Business Managers.
Qualifications
You Need\xe2\x80\xa6
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5+ year\xe2\x80\x99s agency experience in retail or consumer packaged goods preferred.
\xc2\xb7 Research/analysis experience a plus.
\xc2\xb7 Proven leadership, organization, and communications skills.
\xc2\xb7 Team player with a positive attitude.
\xc2\xb7 Self-starter with strong analytical problem-solving ability.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively develop and communicate ideas to upper management.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple projects.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
