Design creative print and digital graphics, working directly with the writing team to make sure the graphic conveys the intended messages.
Serve as the lead designer for proposals prioritized for a high level of service, working collaboratively with the desktop publishing team and proposal managers to deliver cohesive proposal graphics that consistently tell a story with visuals, from front cover to back cover and everywhere in between, engaging the creative strategist when needed.
Contribute to the development of a standard set of graphics (such as process charts, organization charts, and other info graphics) for your business segment that can be re-used often and shared widely.
Maintain the firm\xe2\x80\x99s image library.
Review and QC work so that it is delivered without typos or errors.
Assist with marketing materials development and production
Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.
Able to work evenings or on weekends as required to meet proposal deadlines
What You Will Need:
Competency with Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Illustrator and InDesign
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Point
University Degree and minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with Federal proposals and other designs where white space is limited,
Experience designing complete proposal layouts in Word and/or InDesign.
Experience with production of large format products such as posters or signage.
Ability to work with teams on-site in Tysons Corner, VA.
