Do you want to be a part of agency change, in an evolving organization that thrives on teamwork and collaboration? If this sounds like you, UTA is looking for a Senior Benefits Administrator!Tasks:

  • Administers benefits-related programs/processes
  • Manages and coordinates monthly benefit enrollment eligibility, benefit terminations, qualifying life event changes, dependent age outs, and age reduction processes
  • Reconciles monthly enrollment in benefit plans and completes insurance carrier billing payments.
  • Manages COBRA offerings, enrollment, and payment processes
  • Educates employees/participants on benefit plan offerings
  • Oversees benefit premium arrears processes for employees on leaves of absence
  • Enters and authorizes participant status/eligibility changes in human resource information systems (HRIS), insurance, and other third-party systems
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable federal and State laws and regulations
  • Serves as liaison between participants and insurance carriers for enrollment and claims matters
Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related field. Certified Employee
  • Benefits Certification (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred.
  • Five (5) years of direct experience administering benefit plans.
