Facilitate communication between the CSHCS program area and the technical OTC staff.
Perform troubleshooting on IT system issues.
Identify opportunities for effectively satisfying agency information needs through automation.
Ensure government-mandated policy changes and additions are implemented.
Participate in requirements gathering sessions with program and IT personnel.
Formulate and define system requirements, scope, and objectives.
Provide support to the development team for business requirement issues.
Create test plans, test cases, and scripts and conduct user-acceptance testing of the system.
Document software defects and participate in defect disposition meetings.
Provide documentation for new or modified information systems, including operational procedures and manuals, edit/audits, mapping guides, and companion guides.
Provide change request (enhancement management).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of information technology "best practices" and procedures.
