Responsible for translating the client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture.
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products.
Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.
Provide strategic planning, business planning, briefing/reporting preparation, and other types of System Integration support, across all mission areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the developmet, writing and executing COOP exercises
Assisting with facilitating training for the workforce
Briefing to upper-level customer leadership
Working with the customer to refine specific exercise planning and execution goals.
Provide planning documentation, preparation of delivery materials, facilitation and after action reports.
Draft annual exercise strategy/plan with exercise planning goals, objectives, methodology and a calendar of proposed exercises.
Assess COOP plans, OPORDs, OPLANS and issuances to develip draft COOP documents.
Qualifications
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Poly.
8+ years of IC professional experience of which 3 or more years must be directly related to continuity of operations business analytical experience.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant field of study \xe2\x80\x93 Business, Engineering, or other related technical discipline.
Four (4) years of Military/Civilian, DoD/Government, and IC experience may be substituted for the Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
Experience in core competencies in preparing and managing action items resultant of Business Continuity Plan(s), and training, or other equivalent training through Military/Civilian DoD/Gov Agencies
Ability to think out\xe2\x80\x93of-the-box, with creativity and new ideas, and develop exercises related to emerging threats that can cause a COOP event.
Demonstrated analytic methodology tradecraft. Experience with statistical, econometric, and / or mathematical assessments, and the ability to communicate findings via a range of written intelligence products briefings and provide a finished product.
Technical writing skills to include the ability to create well-structured paragraphs and sentenced with correct grammar. An academic style of writing that is descriptive, to teach, explain a subject or inform about a particular topic without voicing personal opinions. This writing style should aim to answer any questions a reader might have about a subject: to include the who, what, where, when, why, and how questions, as appropriate. Customer produced documents require a clear style, avoiding any rhetoric, jargon, overly technical language that may confuse the reader. The team member will work with and receive input from different SMEs when writing customer documents.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
