Systems Security Engineering creates holistic security solutions leveraging Software Assurance, Risk Management Framework, Authorization to Operate, Vulnerability Scanning, and system hardening. This is an onsite position in Richardson, Texas at the Raytheon site.What You Will DoSupporting the development of cybersecurity requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and policiesLinux Bash scripting, Python scripting and Perl scriptingConducting ACAS and STIG scans, creating patch documentation for customerDefining security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software componentUnderstanding and integrating cybersecurity development activitiesSupporting the development of Risk Management Framework (RMF) documents and controls validation testing for Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditationsPerforming analysis on cybersecurity collected data and test resultsConducting cybersecurity audits to ensure appropriate implementation and compliance of the security postureConducting technical and nontechnical trade studiesUnderstanding, and compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policiesPerforming Task Lead duties (e.g., task planning, product owner)Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of relevant engineering experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI with CI poly clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
