Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Cybersecurity Red / Blue Team Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a team that supports USCYBERCOM\'s operations and exercises, to include one-of-a-kind cyberspace operations.

You will:

Provide support to both Red/Blue cells by developing solutions for conducting network exploitation operations

Designing cyber mission networks for use in exercise/trainings.

Collaborating with stakeholders to determine the organizations\' networking needs.

Present network plans to stakeholders.

Oversee the network implementation process.

Ensures that all network systems are functioning properly and that the network infrastructure is optimized.

Planning, designing, evaluating mission networks.

Support acquisition of software and hardware to obtain enterprise level sophistication within respective cyber range environments.

Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.

Ensures the rigorous application of cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of all Information Technology (IT) and cybersecurity services.

Requirements:

Minimum of eleven (11) years of continuous experience as responsible network architect/engineer in Network Operations Center (NOC) or Cyber Operations

Minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. [Four (4) additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor\'s Degree for a total of fifteen (15) years of experience.]

Networking Certification CISCO CCNA

Active TS/SCI + Polygraph

Preferred / Desired Skills:

Experience planning for new initiatives and expanding the existing network architecture to meet special requirements for Gray Space, Red C2 infrastructure, and Blue Team Fly-Away Kits (FAK)

Experience documenting solutions/blueprints for any-network related schemas and cyber operation tools that are developed. Expertise in designing, modelling, securing networks, and documenting discoveries.

Salary Range: $113,100.00 - $203,600.00
