Have an understanding of key businesses and department teams served by Donor Relations and Campaigns
With writing counterpart, ensure consistency of message and clear brand identity.
Concept and execute cultivation, stewardship and recognition materials, collateral, and other donor-centered programs and projects
Think holistically about projects from the outset, ensuring that creative resources from different disciplines are engaged as appropriate
Actively participate in meetings with writers and gift officers to help determine visual strategy and production plan
Work with the Executive Director, Donor Relations and Stewardship and the Executive Director, Campaign and Strategic Initiatives, on campaign-related projects
Work closely with PR/Marketing department to ensure adherence to institutional design and branding standards
Design and implement original and existing templates based on graphic standards to maintain consistent branding
Demonstrate technical expertise in completing projects within production schedule time period, including scanning " "live " " for production and assisting staff with program application questions. "

Bachelor\'s Degree Graphic Design or similar field of study Required
Experience Qualifications
At least two (2) years experience in 2-4 color design print collateral work Required
Experience in an ad agency or in-house design corporate setting with portfolio demonstrating excellent design, production and computer skills Required

Proficient in several MacIntosh desktop publishing and imaging software programs including; Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Thorough knowledge of the latest print and web production techniques
Excellent visual communication and organizational skills
Work precisely and accurately on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, deadlines and client satisfaction.
Perform complete follow-through on projects: Adhere to publication deadlines and production schedules and submit design compositions to Executive Director for review. Follow editorial/management review process during production phases.
Demonstrate high level of customer service with internal clientele with diplomacy, quick response time and effective follow-up measures.
