This leader will collaborate closely with leaders across the company to ensure that learning initiatives align our culture, strategy and employee experience.This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President of Learning and Organization Effectiveness.ResponsibilityDevelop and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with the Docusignxe2x80x99s mission to deliver on Intelligent Agreement ManagementConduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future learning requirements across the organizationIntegrate leadership programs against a common framework to build capabilities needed to deliver on our strategic priorities while allowing for flexibility and autonomy to localize and meet business-specific and/or unique country-based needsSupervise the creation of diverse learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, career development and skills based learning that apply innovative learning methodologies, such as e-learning, blended learning, and experiential learningEstablish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, and continuously monitor and report on the impact of learning and development efforts on employee performance and engagementCollaborate with senior leaders to align learning initiatives with broader People Team and organizational strategiesAct as a trusted advisor to leadership on learning, career development, and leadership developmentManage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impactStay informed about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent managementJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
