The Senior Enrollment Quality / Audit Representative will be responsible for confirming members eligibility against payments received from the state. The Representative will work independently with their assigned states to analyze, interpret, and report outcomes and variances to reconcile eligibility while collaborating with the finance department and health plans.

This position is full-time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM in local time zone. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM in local time zone from Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Data validation to ensure accuracy across member eligibility, enrollment, and finance systems
• Identify, track, and resolve errors identified during data and system validation
• Researching eligibility discrepancies & analyzing transactional data to look for trends & patterns
• Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently where processes and procedures are sometimes not defined.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self - motivated, and able to work with little direction
• Working with the health plan and state partners to resolve revenue discrepancies that you have identified

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
• 1+ years of CSP Facets experience
• 1+ years of enrollment and eligibility experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (create spreadsheets, v-lookups, pivot tables)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word (create, edit, format documents), Microsoft PowerPoint (create, edit, format presentations), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
• Ability to work any of our full-time (40 hours / week), 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM in local time zone from Monday - Friday
• Must be 18 years of age OR older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with using Microsoft Teams (ability to arrange and present virtual meetings)
• Knowledge of IFP (Exchange) Enrollment and Eligibility

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, or Rhode Island Residents Only: The hourly range for California / Colorado / Connecticut / Nevada / New York / New Jersey / Washington / Rhode Island residents is $18.80 - $36.78 per hour.
