I\'m partnered with the VP of Finance at a $10B organization with products found in all major retailers across the country! My client is in high growth mode and have newly created this Senior Financial Analyst role to add to their team! Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provide overall business support and oversight on financial-related matters to drive growth and company performance
• Ensure that a 5 year operating plan is enacted to reflect the companies strategic goals
• Provide consultation on key strategic initiatives to ensure the business unit achieves their strategic goals
• Create models to ensure the viability and direction of strategic business efforts including revenue analysis, revenue alternatives, benefit analysis, and cost scenarios
• Provide analytic reports and variance analysis for monthly review meetings with senior leadership on trends and monthly/yearly results of the business
• Work with Accounting and Operations Department to support monthly and quarterly close activities

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A
• Logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

This role is dynamic! You will have you ideas hear across all aspects impacting the business including pricing decisions, capital expenditures, standard reporting, process automation, dashboard creation, management discussions and analysis, and more!

You will be hands on from start to finish in the ideation and implementation of process improvements that will drive the company toward achieving their growth plans!
