Job Description


As a Senior Financial Analyst at Product Madness, you will play a crucial role within our global Finance team, supporting our digital stakeholders and senior leadership. The role will work closely with various support functions, regional Finance Managers, and General Managers within our global studios located in the US, Europe, Australia, and India.Your responsibilities include maintaining core financial processes, providing comprehensive reporting, analysis, insights, forecasting, and budgeting. You will become a trusted embedded business partner, working collaboratively with the global Product Madness Digital Slots team, assisting with core decision making, challenging where appropriate and adding value to drive business strategy.What You\'ll Do

  • Support key core finance activities including conducting month-end activities, including P&L reviews, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Provide analysis and assessment of performance against the agreed yearly plan and forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually to support decision making.
  • Accountable for production of planning and forecast models for assigned cost centers, ensuring that data and information provided is accurate, insightful, understandable and user friendly.
  • Provide financial and accounting support to Digital D&D stakeholders, including Opex, Capex, and game development costs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in analysis and reporting methods.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to local business partners to offer insights into business drivers.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting Preferred; CPA or MBA a Plus
  • Proven Experience in Financial Analysis and/or Accounting
  • Gaming or Tech Industry Experience a Plus
  • Advanced Excel & Analytical Skills
  • ERP and Financial Software Experience (TM1/Cognos, D365, Anaplan, and SQL Preferred)

However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
