• Serve as a member of the service area team
• Sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team\'s financial performance
• Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
• Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses
• Apply advanced knowledge and skills
• Perform difficult and complex tasks
• Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts
• Support larger and/or more complex service area teams

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of analytical and business experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or another related field of study
• 2+ years of healthcare related experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
