Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Senior HR Manager to join our team at Squire Resort at Grand Canyon in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, serving as a critical bridge between the sites and the broader human resources team. • Align HR strategies with business goals across multiple locations to drive growth, engagement, and retention
• Secure buy-in and implement HR policies, initiatives, and compliance standards, conducting internal audits and managing risk
• Use HR analytics to guide decision-making and evaluate success in turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness
• Develop and oversee training programs for onboarding and continuous team member development
• Lead and support HR teams across two properties, handling complex employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed on property

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in multi-unit or multi-location environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role
• Experience managing teams that include both hourly and exempt employees in a high-volume, dynamic setting
• Proven background in employee relations, talent management, training, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in HR software, such as WorkDay, SHIFT, Equifax, and iCIMS
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and conduct thorough and unbiased investigations
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a background check, including MVR and drug test required
