As NGA looks to expand and modernize their Leadership program, they need an aspiring Leadership Instructor with deep knowledge of diverse leadership theories, models, and frameworks to assist in curriculum implementation and provide guidance to our leaders. With leadership development having an immense influence in both shaping and changing the culture of an organization, your role as a Senior Leadership Instructor plays a significant part in NGA\xe2\x80\x99s organization to continue building and creating strong, passionate, and emotionally intelligent leaders to bring to the workforce. Requirements

• Currently active Top Secret / SCI clearance
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in English, Organizational Management, Executive Leadership Development or similar
• Must have 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in designing, developing, and delivering Leadership and Professional Development training for adult learners
• 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience developing and instructing Senior Executive Leadership
• Travel required to support mission task, including OCONUS (Germany, Hawaii, United Kingdom, and Australia)

Desired

• Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience to ensure effective learning process
• Experience / knowledge with NGA\xe2\x80\x99s Human Development Policies and Procedures
