The Senior Learning Experience Designer role will be responsible for envisioning and architecting the design and development of learning experiences for our employee, manager, leader and corporate functions portfolios. This individual will collaborate closely with our learners, audience program managers, business partners and key stakeholders to translate business needs into breakthrough learning experiences that shift mindset and create sustained behavior change.
