Future oriented leader that contributes to function and/or division strategy, and champions the change and implementation. An experienced department Leader in a specialized discipline; or a Leader overseeing two departments/functions with supporting leader direct reports. Integrates financial data in operational decision-making; responsible for proactively managing resources within budget constraints. Reconciles the work of teams/projects with longer-term strategic objectives; role models and coaches others on time management and prioritization.
