This highly visible role is responsible for helping enhance Walmart\'s standing as an employer who creates opportunity for its associates - one of the company\'s key reputational priorities. You\'ll get to to lead high-profile announcements, work closely with media, work with senior leaders, and partner with internal and external stakeholders.

What you\'ll do:

You\'ll make an impact in this role by:

• Shaping Walmart\'s opportunity narrative
• Leading Walmart\'s veterans comms efforts - another key reputational priority
• Supporting comms and strategy for Walmart\'s Live Better U education benefit, which pays for associates to earn certificates and degrees
• Partnering with senior leaders from the Associate Learning & Leadership, Global Talent and Walmart.org teams
• Working cross-functionally with Corporate Affairs\' Opportunity campaign team, which includes leaders from our digital strategy, public affairs, .Org, global public policy, federal government affairs, and state/local government affairs teams
