:The Senior Transportation Manager provides strategic guidance and direction for ElderPlace Transportation and Supply Departments in eight or more locations including several distinct markets. They develop and lead initiatives for efficiencies, cost-savings and quality service. Key areas of responsibility include regulatory compliance, management of program assets and customer satisfaction.Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Required qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or related field.
• 10 or more years Management level work experience that includes:

• Budgeting, managing staff productivity, and program management experience.
• 5 years of experience working in a demand/response or dial-a-ride transportation system using transportation scheduling software.
• 5 years Experience working with a frail or elderly population.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years Experience working with durable medical equipment
