Our MarTech Operations team provides administration, configuration, data privacy and user support for technologies that enable marketing and advertising campaigns across the enterprise.

In this role you will:

• Provide operations support for social media technologies that enable marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Support technologies such as Khoros Marketing, Netbase, Proofpoint, EveryoneSocial, and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn).
• Enable Social Media Marketing, Social Listening, Social Selling, Live Streaming and Social Advocacy programs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet business needs. Identifies, evaluates, and resolves issues.
• Identify process improvements in support of business needs. Creates procedural documentation for processes.
• Maintain broad awareness of changing technology/applications, trends, client needs, and legislative changes.
• Liaison with compliance and security teams to ensure best practices are in place.
• Provide end user training, documentation, and user support
• Perform software administration and configuration
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Innovate at all times: Keep up to date on new features, capabilities, and opportunities that may exist to further improve social media engagement.
• Vendor relationships: Work with third-party vendors Khoros, Netbase, Proofpoint, EveryoneSocial, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

What it takes:

An interest in using technology to solve business problems.

Experience with Social Media technologies.

Great relationship management skills and the ability to work across teams.

Minimum three years related work experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Core Responsibilities

1. Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.

2. Provides advanced level technical support and ensures reliable operation of production. Troubleshoots hardware or software systems on multiple platforms. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms.

3. Develops technical standards. Tests and evaluates technologies vendor products. Recommends vendor selections and new technologies.

4. Elevates code into the development, test, and production environments on schedule. Provides follow up production support. Submits change control requests and documents.

5. Learns and understands client area business functions and requirements. Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the client\'s business needs.

6. Trains and mentors more junior staff on processes and releases. Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues elevated from staff. Provides guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.

7. Administers system activities. Writes the technical portion of assigned deliverables. Performs systems analysis, including system requirements analysis and definition, and logical and physical design.

8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
