Position: Senior Multimedia Sales Executive

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Salary: $28,600 plus commission. Tiered commission available ($36,400 annual) paid monthly at 30% to 100% based on monthly performance to goal. $65,000 at goal. Above goal commission paid at 12% of above goal sales.

Hours: Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm

Location: Hybrid on Site/Remote

About this role: This position serves to produce advertising revenue by selling products and services primarily to light to medium revenue ($1 -$49,999) producing customers through in field, face to face contact while working within a team environment to serve the customer, company, fellow employees, and self. The customer base for this assignment is primarily in the retail business category.

What you ll contribute to our team: Bachelor\'s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent demonstrated work experience. Preferred concentration in advertising, or digital marketing. Two or more years active experience in advertising and/or digital marketing desired. Ability to function in a cross function, self-directed team environment. Ability to function under varying degrees of pressure. Ability to assume a leadership role with the customer and team. Must be a creative thinker and problem solver. Ability to meet with customers virtually or in the field (face to face). Regular attendance is a condition of employment. Excellent verbal and presentation skills. Intermediate level using Microsoft Office Products including Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Entry to Intermediate level using virtual meeting platforms such as Teams or Zoom.
