:A Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. • 2 years of experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role.
• 1 year of patient Care Coordinator type role within Providence or 2 years external administrative medical office type role.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
