Using Docusign\xe2\x80\x99s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you\'ll doAs the Senior Product Manager - Docusign CLM, Workflows and Next Generation Platform, you will develop the vision and roadmap, and define plans to transition Docusign CLM customers to our next generation workflows and Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Product Management as well as other Product Managers within the team and across Docusign to develop and support highly scalable, performance, reliable and secure experiences through all development and go-to-market phases from concept through launch and adoption. You will drive adoption of new workflow and platform services, and craft plans to accelerate the transition of CLM customers to our newest Docusign branch. Your objectives will be directly aligned with business metrics such as revenue, adoption, customer and partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager PM, CLM.Responsibility

  • Builds strategy to support the vision and build the roadmap for CLM workflows and Next Generation platform initiatives, including both customer facing features and back-end platform core services
  • Secure buy in for a product strategy that identifies, defines and supports product and corporate objectives, and achieve superior customer outcomes
  • Own PRDs by overseeing collaboration with all partner teams involved. This includes defining use cases and requirements to connect existing CLM workflow capabilities to our new Maestro IAM service
  • Lead the team through defining, identifying, collecting and tracking appropriate product and business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new and existing products
  • Lead gathering, analysis and synthesis of primary and secondary research to deepen understanding of customer and partner challenges related to workflow, performance, scalability, reliability and security
  • Lead with minimal guidence the evaluation, prioritization and development of major CLM functionality in partnership with cross functional teams, leveraging customer insights and industry best practices
  • Determine how to prioritize and manage a product backlog for effective release and sprint planning
  • Facilitate requirements definition with design and engineering partners while identifying dependencies and relative priority with other product managers
  • Represent the product team when partnering with Program Management, Design and Engineering to ensure solutions ships on time and to quality
  • Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success Management teams to effectively transition customers to our next generation workflows and newest Docusign CLM branch
  • Present to internal and external stakeholders the product strategy, roadmap and details of release plans and effectively adjusts communications and messages to different audiences
  • Influence effectively without authority in and outside of the Product team

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or 6+ years related experience with a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or equivalent experience in product management for enterprise cloud/SaaS product/service
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
  • Direct experience using Agile methodologies (ex. SCRUM)
Preferred
  • Demonstrated success building/managing large-scale technology products including new, existing, or legacy products
  • Professional experience in a client/customer facing role
  • Comfortable working across an array of technical subjects and projects
  • Background in computer science or engineering
  • Familiar with CLM
  • Experience delivering cloud native solutions at scale
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy both for strategy and execution
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
