As the Senior Product Manager focused on data analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products by leveraging advanced data insights and driving growth with enterprise customers. You will lead strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional value through world-class software releases, specifically making extensive use of Power BI. • Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, with a focus on integrating advanced data analytics capabilities to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
• Define and communicate a data-centric product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of product plans, emphasizing enterprise clients.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new data-driven opportunities and features.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, using data-driven decisions to deliver high-impact features on time.
• Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams in the US and India.
• Evangelize the product internally and externally, presenting revenue-enabling capabilities to stakeholders, customers, and at industry events.
• Drive agile development methodologies, continuous improvement, and iterative release cycles for data-focused products.
• Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging data analytics technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in our products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a higher education degree in business, law, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the software industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to navigate enterprise companies purchasing software.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing data software products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and make informed decisions.
• Extensive experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and analysis.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
• Previous experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a software engineer or related role within the software industry.
• Experience with data as a product offering.
• MBA.
