Our team's mandate is to launch and accelerate adoption of advanced analytics solutions that help lenders grow and manage consumer credit portfolios. This candidate is a thinker who can connect the dots to create and drive tactical work-plans based on an understanding of desired strategic outcomes. Core abilities for this role include dealing with ambiguity and competing priorities, curiosity, a bias toward action, and an eagerness to collaborate. This person knows that the individuals success depends on the teams success.
The right candidate will possess a strong product management background with excellent organizational skills. Active communication, an ability to comfortably navigate a complex matrix, and a willingness to ask questions and conduct purposeful research is essential. Experience in financial services and/or with advanced analytics and data science is a plus.
