eBay is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help design, shape, and drive product capabilities for the eBay\xe2\x80\x99s Payments Wallet Experience and Instrument collection infrastructure. Come join our deeply customer-focused Wallet Experience team where we create products that redefine ways in which eBay Sellers manage there Funds on eBay. We are seeking the best-of-the-best product managers who demonstrate very strong accountability and cross functional leadership, analytical abilities, manage complexity and have deep experiences in building amazing products. As a Product Manager you will explore the problem/solution space, define the strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that solve real customer difficulties across multiple eBay markets. Your role spans all devices (phones, desktops) and platforms. You will also be part of an amazing Product Management team with many opportunities to learn and grow. The right person will have ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, with a strong sense of user experience, tact and the mindset of always keeping our users first.

Key responsibilities:

Define product strategy and roadmap for eBay Payment Wallet experience, working closely with business partners and engineering leaders

Lead a cross-functional teams in creating and launching innovative experiences for the Wallet product across desktop, tablet and mobile based on mobile-first designs

Execute on roadmap with clear milestones. Owns product commitments and results to business

Defining the product and customer experience with high quality requirements / user stories

Help teams move forward swiftly through rigor, speed and transparency in decision-making and removing roadblocks

Identify, quantifying and measure opportunities by continually assessing the needs of the customer, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats

Clearly set the product prioritization for eBay\'s instrument collection infrastructure with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in the technology platform

Job Requirements:

5+ years of strong product management experience with at least 3 years in Payments and/or Commerce technology related projects

Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces

Strong sense for visual design and detail

Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs

Ability to manage complexity, demonstrated clear thinking and deep empathy and appreciation for user needs

Balances technical and commercial acumen; able to communicate what is possible and what will have the biggest impact on the business

Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product decisions

Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below. $135,200 - $205,700

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
