Senior Program Coordinator - Service Excellence Department at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA

Under the general direction of the CNO, responsible for service excellence; developing, promoting, influencing, and monitoring programming that improves the experience for patients and caregivers; Serves as a key advisor for patient-centered care efforts and caregiver engagement activities; works collaboratively with leaders to enhance individual ownership of the patient experience and caregiver engagement, guiding them to inspire ownership among all caregivers; and Guides and directs the patient Experience Steering Committee as a method of recognizing and sharing best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate\'s Degree from an accredited educational institution
• 3 years of experience in a health related field in a position in which evidence of leadership, creativity, integrity, initiative and communication skills have been demonstrated

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a health care related field from an accredited educational institution

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
