POSITION SUMMARY:This position leads business and operations management activities for one or more teams in the Enterprise Architecture organization and reports to either a Senior Director or Managing Director.As a Senior Advisor focused on ensuring the Enterprise Architecture organization operates effectively, this role will be responsible for various functions in the areas of talent management, financial management, supplier management, communications management and project management. This includes working closely with Enterprise Architecture leaders and managers to build, execute, and report on core operational and business processes and deliverables.This role will work regularly with Directors, Senior Directors, Managing Directors, Principals, Senior Principals, and Lead Principals, serving as \xe2\x80\x9cthe glue\xe2\x80\x9d to ensure continuity in operations and maintain strong connectivity across the Enterprise Architecture organization overall.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Talent Management

  • Maintain team roster and track headcount
  • Maintain org chart(s)
  • Manage hiring controls process and create TBHs in Clarity when needed
  • Maintain job description library
  • Facilitate recruiting in conjunction with HR when needed
  • Manage onboarding process (equipment, access, training, etc.)
  • Manage internal required training by sending reminders, tracking completion, etc.
  • Manage external training and conference attendance via training framework
  • Leads team building activities
  • Performs exit interviews upon request
  • Maintains a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team environment
Financial Management
  • Maintain Clarity allocations and work records when needed
  • Generate Clarity / Oracle reports to track spend
  • Ensure timesheet compliance
  • Forecast labor costs when needed
  • Perform capacity planning
Supplier Management
  • Coordinate with Sourcing to submit requests, track and report status, facilitate approvals, and maintain records
  • Meet periodically with Sourcing to advise them of EA supplier needs
Communications Management
  • Manage all recurring EA team meetings (EAXLT, Northwest, Town Halls, etc.) which includes scheduling, prepping content, facilitating when needed, moderating Q&A with Slido, and documenting notes/decisions/actions for follow up
  • Maintain communications calendars and schedules, working with EALT and other team members to identify topics
  • Create and distribute EA announcements (e.g., new hires, promotions, retirements, etc.)
  • Maintain operating effectiveness content in Confluence, SharePoint, and IRIS as needed
  • Communicate excellently both verbally and in written form with team members and stakeholders by adapting style and message to diverse audiences
  • Authors status reports for one or more teams
  • Creates schedules for skip levels and coordinated with Executive Assistants to schedule with SVP
Project Management
  • Manages special projects when needed
  • Develops plans to support Enterprise Architecture milestones and goals
  • Manages intake process for incoming requests for Enterprise Architecture assistance
  • Manages backlog of work for one or more Enterprise Architecture teams
Other
  • Develops strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of Project, Operations, or Business Management or applicable experience preferably within operations, business, or technical fields
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility
  • Can deal comfortably with senior managers and directors (band 5 and above)
  • Ability to lead and motivate team of technical resources to accomplish team goals and milestones
  • Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in
  • Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills
  • History of driving result oriented work to completion to produce high quality deliverables
  • Ability to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate operations processes and standards to ensure operating effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to rally support around vision & strategy
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
