The Job to be Done

ColdTech seeks an energetic project manager to lead our Idaho HVAC installation and retrofit team. The Senior Project Manager is expected to develop and maintain a client base, manage HVAC sales, and manage the field labor for each project. Responsibilities will include:

• Perform all project management functions including concept engineering, collaborate with estimator to write proposals, and run equipment supplier quote process
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers
• Direct meetings to successful job completion
• Negotiate and manage contracts
• Schedule field labor and installation sequencing
• Manage job costing and P&L
• Schedule and coordinate pre-construction meetings
• Oversee safety training and procedures

Required Education, Experience and Credentials

• 5+ years of HVACR commercial service
• Current OSHA 30 and EPA
