Length of Position: Direct hireDegree Required: Bachelors Degree is required in Engineering or Construction ManagementRequirements:xc2xb7 Seven years demonstrated experience in a Project Manager position, or; 10+ years of demonstrated experience in construction management
xc2xb7 At least 7+ years of HIgh-End residential, window-door, millwork and construction related experiencexc2xb7 Demonstrated record of project success on work valued from $1M to $15M+xc2xb7 Participate in the selection and pursuit process, assisting the business development and drafting teams with bid proposals, schedule development and project planning and designxc2xb7 Finalize and implement project schedule, managing the project within the prescribed periodxc2xb7 Determine project material requirements and coordinate internally with production managerxc2xb7 Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with plan & specsxc2xb7 Review scopes of work, prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractorsxc2xb7 Prepare weekly updates to report safety, schedule, quality, progress and client issuesxc2xb7 Support senior staff and ownership as needed to ensure the success of the companyxc2xb7 Ability and willingness to travelTechnicalxc2xb7 Professional experience with AutoCAD and/or other engineering software is required.xc2xb7 High proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs.xc2xb7 Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.xc2xb7 Detail orientedxc2xb7 Knowledge of architectural millwork and construction processes.xc2xb7 Have a positive, high service orientated job mentality.
