ASR International Corp, http://www.asrintl.com, is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager with experience in DoD Service Contracts.Must have the following experience:

• Ability to work independently, or as a team.
• Ability to review solicitation requirements and build proposal requirements to match requirements
• Strong Technical Writing skills are a must.
• Must have experience writing contracts for services in support of the Department of Defense
