  • Platform Developer II level of knowledge in developing, testing, and deploying solutions as well as integrating with other systems using a variety of technologies.
  • Experience developing complex, distributed, complex platforms in Salesforce.
  • Expert knowledge in one or more relevant development technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Lightning, SQL and SOQL
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Experience in using Salesforce DX for source-driven development, efficient CI/CD processes.
  • Proficient in designing, configuring, and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud environments.

  • Participate fully in software development life cycle
  • Research, design, and implement technical solutions in Salesforce to deliver business requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve and simplify applications portfolio and implement related enhancements
  • Contribute to creation and maturing of best practices within Salesforce platform
  • Draw on relationship and technical skills to act as technical liaison to internal and external clients and to mentor junior staff
  • Abide by and follow the Harvard University IT technical standards, policies and Code of Conduct
  • Other duties as needed or required
